Marketplaces
Features depend on the marketplace, store country and your plan. Each tool shows its own limits.
Trendyol
Trendyol: copy Seller ID, API Key and API Secret from the seller panel’s Integration information. Choose the store country on Add store and enter those details.
For an international store, use that country’s own account details. Reviews, store score and product research are only available for Türkiye stores.

Amazon: choose the marketplace on Add store, then select Connect with Amazon. Approve access in Seller Central and return to Riseluc; no keys need copying.
Initial profit may be estimated until payment details arrive. Customer questions, star reviews, store score and deduction disputes are unavailable through this connection.

eMAG: enable connection access in My account → Technical details. Add all three Riseluc addresses shown on Add store to the allowed list, then enter your username and password.
Each country connects separately. Profit is estimated and prices exclude VAT. Stock is written only to single-warehouse offers; some tools, including customer replies, are unavailable.

Why is profit missing?
Enter product costs first. Missing costs prevent a complete net profit calculation.
Are profit figures final?
The label tells you whether figures use recorded payments or estimates. Pending marketplace charges can change the result.
How many stores can I connect?
Your current plan sets the store limit. See Subscription for the current limits and prices.
How often does data update?
Updates run in the background. Check the last update time; you can also request an update on supported pages.
Does a dispute guarantee a refund?
No. Riseluc helps spot deductions and prepare a draft. You submit it; the marketplace decides the outcome.
