Which marketplaces does it work with?
Riseluc works with Amazon, Trendyol, eMAG and Hepsiburada. Available features vary by marketplace; the coverage page lists supported countries.
Is it safe to connect my store?
You connect through the marketplace’s supported method, and connection details are stored encrypted. You can disconnect anytime and enable two-step verification for extra security.
How does automatic pricing protect my profit?
It stays above the minimum selling price you set. Profit calculations depend on accurate, current costs and deductions. If a price cannot be calculated safely, it is left unchanged.
Do I need technical skills to set up?
Add your store and follow the connection steps; no technical skills are needed. Product syncing time varies by store. Enter your costs to start seeing your profit.
How is my profit calculated?
We combine sales and deductions with the product costs you enter. Product profit on eMAG and Hepsiburada is estimated and clearly labeled in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?
Choose a monthly or annual plan and cancel renewal anytime. You can start the free plan without a card and try Pro free for 14 days.
Does the assistant make changes on its own?
It asks for approval before changing prices, stock or content. You review the action and control its permissions and price-change limits.
Are international Trendyol stores supported?
You can connect supported international stores. Selling abroad from a Türkiye store follows the relevant program’s terms. Profit and prices appear in the store’s currency.
Will prices change during a campaign?
Recognized campaign products keep their prices by default. You can enable campaign pricing in settings; your minimum selling price still applies.
Can I use it on my phone and get alerts?
Add Riseluc to your phone or computer’s home screen. On supported devices, allow notifications to receive store alerts; you can switch them off anytime.
What if supplier prices change or their list fails?
When the list is checked, your minimum selling price updates to reflect new costs. An unavailable or empty list does not by itself delete products; existing data is kept.
