Riseluc

About Us

Riseluc was founded to solve the marketplace seller's most fundamental problem: not selling a lot, but selling profitably.

What is Riseluc?

Riseluc is a profit management platform built for Trendyol, Amazon, eMAG and Hepsiburada sellers. It adjusts your prices automatically (repricing), shows you exactly what you net after commissions and deductions on every sale, and, on Trendyol, prepares appeal drafts for unfair deductions.

Our goal is simple: to help sellers focus on real profit rather than revenue.

The problem we solve

Thousands of sellers generate revenue every day, but only find out whether they actually made a profit when the end-of-month invoice arrives. True profit gets lost among commissions, shipping, returns, and surprise deductions, while prices keep getting cut just to hold on to the Buybox.

Riseluc eliminates this blind spot: it shows true profit product by product and wins the Buybox without ever dropping below your minimum profit floor.

How does it work?

  • Connects to each marketplace's official integration method securely and with your authorization.
  • Calculates net profit after commissions, shipping, returns, and VAT.
  • Wins the Buybox profitably with margin-protected automatic pricing.
  • Detects unfair shipping and commission deductions and prepares the dispute draft.

Our calculation methodology and sources

Our free tools calculate sale price, product cost, commission, shipping, platform service fee, e-commerce withholding tax, VAT, and user-entered advertising or return costs as separate line items. Commission follows each channel's and country's model: on Trendyol Türkiye the rate applies to the VAT-INCLUSIVE sale price and the commission invoice already includes VAT (on Trendyol Romania, Greece, Saudi Arabia and the UAE the rate is VAT-exclusive and local VAT is added); on Amazon Türkiye (per its official fee page) the rate applies to the total the buyer pays (product + VAT + shipping) and 20% VAT is added to the commission invoice (total deduction = buyer total × rate × 1.20); on the other Turkish marketplaces in our tools (Hepsiburada, n11 and similar) no official commission base or VAT statement is published, so the tools assume the rate applies to the VAT-inclusive sale price and add 20% VAT to the commission invoice (an assumption; total deduction = VAT-inclusive price × rate × 1.20); on eMAG the price you set is already VAT-exclusive, commission is charged on that price and the country's VAT (21% in Romania, editable in the tool) is added on top for the customer. The 1% e-commerce withholding tax applies only on Turkish marketplaces, on the VAT-exclusive amount; the eMAG tool has none. Turkish-marketplace tools use Türkiye tax and commission rates; tools with a country selector (Trendyol commission, eMAG, VAT) use the rate set of the country you pick — verify exact amounts on your own commission invoice.

We track shipping and platform fees against dated sources and update each tool's visible revision date when rates change. Results are decision-support estimates. Where campaign, category, or contract terms differ for your store, use the current amounts in Seller Center. Consult your accountant for tax decisions.

Our values

  • On the seller's side: decisions that prevent loss-making sales and protect profit.
  • Honesty: not estimates, but measurable, concrete figures.
  • Data security: API keys encrypted, access governed by the principle of least privilege.
  • Transparency: we openly share what we do and where we're headed.

Why did we start with Trendyol?

Trendyol is Turkey's largest marketplace, and its official integration API is the most mature. It's where we first built core features like repricing, true profit, and deduction appeals securely and in line with the rules. Today we support Amazon, eMAG and Hepsiburada alongside Trendyol.
