System status
The current status of Riseluc's components. The measurement refreshes at most once a minute; how each status is decided is explained below.

How each status is decided
Each component shows one of four statuses: Working, Delayed, Problem or Not measured. When a measurement cannot be taken the status is Not measured; a component that was not measured is never counted as working.
- Website and dashboard: Working if this page was built on the server and reached you.
- Database: Working if a short read returns within 3 seconds, otherwise Problem.
- Background jobs (marketplace sync, repricing, reports): Working if the most recent finished job is less than 2 hours old, Delayed between 2 and 6 hours, Problem if older.
- Marketplace data pulls: Working if at least 85% of the order and finance pulls finished in the last 6 hours succeeded, Delayed between 50% and 85%, Problem below 50%. Not measured if there were too few pulls in that time.
What this page cannot show
Statuses are one summary across all connected marketplaces and stores; no per-marketplace or per-store numbers are shown. You can see your own store's last sync on the My stores page in the dashboard.
This page is served by Riseluc's own infrastructure. If the site is completely unreachable, this page does not open either, so such an outage does not appear here. Outages on the marketplace's side are not listed separately; when pulls fail, they show up in the Marketplace data pulls row.
