The most common dilemma for multi-channel e-commerce sellers is choosing the right marketplace integration software. While many tools promise multi-store synchronization, modern 2026 e-commerce demands much more than basic order forwarding and invoice printing.

With escalating marketplace commissions, shipping brackets (volumetric weight), marketplace withholding taxes and sudden wholesale supplier price hikes, sellers must track their true net profit down to the penny. We build Riseluc, so this is not a neutral ranking. Instead, we list the seven criteria we suggest you ask any vendor about, and what Riseluc does (and does not do) on each today. We do not score other tools such as Sentos, BizimHesap, PraPazar, StockMount, Sopyo or NeSatilir; check their features on their own sites and trials and put the same questions to them.

7 Criteria to Compare Before Choosing Marketplace Software (2026)

CriterionQuestion to ask the vendorRiseluc's status
1. Net profitIs profit calculated from the marketplace's official settlement lines, or from commission-rate estimates? From official statement lines on Trendyol and Amazon; estimated on eMAG and Hepsiburada (marked as estimated)
2. Margin-protected repricingCan the automated price be written below the floor price you set?A per-product floor (minimum) price is computed; the robot never writes a price below it
3. Supplier costDoes a wholesaler's XML price rise reach the floor price, and how fast? The feed is fetched at the interval you choose (30 min – 24 h); with floor protection on (the default), cost updates for barcode-matched products in the same currency and the floor is applied in the next repricing run
4. Unfair deductionsAre shipping desi and commission deductions compared with the invoice and statement? The Dispute Vault compares the expected and deducted commission and prepares a dispute draft for Trendyol; for shipping desi differences it lists the suspicious items and drafts a dispute for qualifying orders (the amount is an estimated upper bound). The marketplace decides the outcome
5. InternationalHow are price and stock transferred to international stores? To existing listings in Trendyol international storefronts and Amazon, and on eMAG to products already in the eMAG catalogue, through offer matching (on Pro and above, a draft product that is not live for an item missing from the eMAG catalogue); stock is transferred once at send time, and Hepsiburada can only be a source
6. TrialCan you try it without a card?14-day Pro trial without a card; free calculators
7. TransparencyWhich numbers are exact and which are estimates?Profit figures that do not come from official data (e.g. eMAG and Hepsiburada) are marked as estimated

What Riseluc Does on These Criteria

  • True Net Profit Scanner: Reads official settlement lines from Trendyol and Amazon and breaks down commission, shipping, service fees, taxes/withholding and returns as far as each channel's data allows, showing net profit and cash flow. On eMAG and Hepsiburada these items are estimated and marked that way.
  • Margin-Protected Repricing: Computes a minimum floor price per product and never writes a price below it. The floor depends on the cost you enter; if the cost is wrong, the floor is wrong.
  • Supplier XML Cost Tracking: When a supplier raises a cost in the XML feed, the product cost is updated at the next feed fetch, the floor is recalculated and applied in the next repricing run (while the feed's floor protection option is on, which is the default). It works in stores that use the same currency; cost is not converted automatically in stores with a different currency. The XML sync never deletes listings; if a feed that used to contain at least 10 products comes back empty, it stops the update and sends an alert. On Pro and above, stock sync — turned on per feed after a preview and your confirmation, off by default — writes supplier stock only to the central stock in Riseluc; it reaches a marketplace only in stores with automatic stock writeback on.
  • Deduction & Desi Dispute Vault: Compares the expected commission with the deducted amount and prepares a dispute draft for Trendyol for the difference; it also compares the carrier-invoiced desi with the desi registered on the approved Trendyol listing, lists suspicious items and drafts a dispute for qualifying orders (the amount shown is an estimated upper bound). A refund is not guaranteed.
  • Multi-channel and international: Monitors Trendyol (including international storefronts), Amazon (23 marketplaces), eMAG and Hepsiburada stores in one panel. The Cross-Border E-Export Hub transfers price and stock to existing listings in Trendyol international stores and Amazon, and on eMAG to products already in the eMAG catalogue; stock is not kept in sync continuously.
