Connect Riseluc to ChatGPT and Claude

When you connect Riseluc to ChatGPT or Claude, you can ask about your profit, orders, stock, Buybox status and customer questions right in the chat. Answers come from your store data in Riseluc and also appear as a short card in the chat. The connection is read-only: it does not change prices, stock, orders or listings.

Status: applications to the ChatGPT and Claude app directories are being prepared. Until Riseluc appears there, you can connect with the server URL below; this depends on your ChatGPT or Claude plan allowing custom connections.

What can you ask?

A few examples. If you have more than one store, just name the store you mean.

  • Which of my products lost money this week?
  • Which products lost the Buybox, and what is the winning price?
  • Which orders should I ship today, and are any past their deadline?
  • When is my next payout and how much is it?
  • Which customer questions are still unanswered?
  • Are any parcels billed with more weight (desi) than the catalog says? (Trendyol)
  • What is waiting for me across all my stores?

Connect ChatGPT

  • In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps and search for Riseluc.
  • If it is not listed yet, create a new app in developer mode and enter https://riseluc.com/api/mcp as the server URL, with OAuth as the authentication type.
  • Sign in to Riseluc in the window that opens (enter your code if two-step verification is on).
  • Choose the stores to share and press Allow. Back in ChatGPT, ask your questions.

Connect Claude

  • In Claude, open Settings → Connectors and search for Riseluc.
  • If it is not listed yet, add a custom connector and enter https://riseluc.com/api/mcp as the server URL.
  • Sign in to Riseluc, choose the stores and press Allow.

What access do you give?

  • Read only: the app cannot change prices, stock, orders or listings and cannot send answers to customers.
  • Only the stores you choose: you pick which stores are shared on the consent screen.
  • Your account, billing and marketplace API details are not shared.
  • You can remove access in Riseluc under Settings → AI apps; after that, the app's next request is refused.

What the app can see

If some data does not exist for a store's marketplace, the app says so. Estimates are labelled as estimates and unknown values as unknown; an unknown value is never shown as zero.

  • Profit and money: profit summary (7 or 30 days), lost money radar, cash flow, recent payouts, monthly accounting summary.
  • Price and Buybox: Buybox status (lost products, winning price, what could be won back without going below your floor), the repricing robot's latest decisions.
  • Orders and stock: orders to ship and their deadlines, low stock, product list.
  • Customers and listings: unanswered questions and draft answers, unread alerts, listing problems, missing attributes, readiness for AI shopping assistants.
  • Trendyol only: cargo weight overcharge suspicions, cargo compensation claims, deduction disputes.
  • General: store list, summary of all stores, today's brief, Lucy suggestions waiting for approval.

Data and privacy

When you ask a question in the app, the data needed for the answer is read from the stores you chose and sent to the app's provider (OpenAI or Anthropic), subject to that company's privacy terms. Buyer names and addresses are not sent with orders.

Riseluc keeps a short record of each tool call (app, store, tool name, outcome and duration; not the content of your question or the answer) for 90 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy and the KVKK notice.
